Your name, email address, mobile number, portal username, selected game, and game username. We also record portal activity such as payout requests and status changes so we can support your account.
To operate your membership, verify your identity when required, respond to payout requests, and send account notifications. If you opt in, we also send promotions.
This portal does not collect or store card details. Secure account loading through our payment partner is not yet active; when it launches, payment data will be handled by that provider, not stored here.
Your records are protected so that only you and authorised Kings Landing staff can access them. We do not sell member data.
We keep member records for as long as your membership is active and as required for compliance. You may request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting Kings Landing support.
